NeSmith & NeSmith, P.C., is a successful, family-run law firm led by attorneys Stephen M. NeSmith and his son, Stephen M. NeSmith, Jr. Our firm has been serving our wonderful clients in Alabama, as well as throughout the United States and internationally for several decades.
We have built a reputation as the trustworthy, knowledgeable, and experienced choice not only in our local communities but throughout the world. We are honored for the privilege and the responsibility to assist our clients with their legal needs as well as staff that is fluent in English, Spanish, and Korean.

We currently have attorneys that are bilingual in English and Spanish as well as staff that is fluent in Korean.

NeSmith & NeSmith, P.C. has multiple offices conveniently located in Auburn, Birmingham, Daphne, Dothan, and Montgomery, Alabama. Our attorneys handle cases throughout the state and country and maybe at a different location than our main office.
Please note that our main office is in Montgomery, Alabama, and consultations in our other office locations are By Appointment Only.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Appointments can be scheduled outside of office hours as needed.
