We are a family firm — fighting for yours.
When our grandfather, Frank W. Riggs III, opened these doors in the 1960s, he made a promise: every client would be treated like family. Our father kept it for decades. Today, Stephen Jr. and Scott carry it forward — alongside a team of attorneys and bilingual specialists who believe good legal help should be within reach of every family.
What makes us different? We speak your language — literally. Most of our attorneys and staff are fluent in English and Spanish. We have four offices across central and southeast Alabama. And we handle nearly everything a family might face. You don't need five different lawyers. You need one firm that knows you.
